About: This is a complete set of assets for a single project that supported the launch of a new e-bike. Sales staff were expected to be able to demonstrate the operational features of the bike to facilitate test rides and to inform customers at the point of sale. A blended learning approach was applied, consisting of an eLearning lesson, a self-facilitation guide, and an activity one sheet.

About: This Articulate Rise course was part of a comprehensive department sales training. This new-to-department training was intended to provide sales staff with the activity knowledge and skills to fully outfit the customer for the activity. I've included a sample storyboard used to develop a Rise course. I work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to build storyboard content.

About: This Articulate Storyline lesson was part of a series of experiential training sessions to provide sales staff with experience in the maintenance tasks associated with bicycle ownership. Learners were expected to apply this knowledge when outfitting customers, ensuring they had everything they needed to enjoy the activity. I photographed and edited all of the photo media in this lesson. An example shot list, used to communicate needed assets to a photographer, is included below.

About: I used Vyond to create a virtual facilitator for the Articulate Storyline slide for this project. This topic was part of a more extensive course intended to provide sales staff with the skills to outfit customers with a vehicle rack. I've included the script I used to create the voiceover in WellSaid Labs, a text-to-speech creation tool. The script also served to make the closed captions for this slide.
