After spending years as a facilitator and instructor, I discovered my real passion was for creating the content behind the learning.

My experience as an instructor taught me what it takes to create an engaging and effective learning experience. However, effective facilitation is only half of the equation—unique learning experiences start with how they're designed behind the scenes. That's what led me to pursue a career in instructional design.
